GrindingHub 2026: CNC sharpening machines in operation in Stuttgart

GrindingHub 2026 – Hall 7 – Stand D36

From the 5th to 8th May 2026, Stuttgart will be the world capital of grinding and sharpening. GrindingHub 2026 returns to Messe Stuttgart with over 430 exhibitors from 28 countries: an unmissable event if you want to see concrete solutions for mechanical workshops and sharpening centres, not just static exhibitions. We can’t wait to take part in this long-awaited event!

In this context, you can find us in Hall 7, Stand D36, where you will see CNC sharpeners in operation, live demonstrations and an absolute novelty: the MAC 26 Long Tools.

What you can see at the stand

Our stand is designed to offer you a complete experience, two MAC 26 CNC sharpening machines in operation:
One with grinding wheel for grinding helical tips HSS and Hard Metal
One with grinding wheel for sharpening flat head cutters 2-4 flutes

You will not find stationary machines: you will see them working in real time on real tools.

The set-up is completed with a sample of sharpened tools, where it is possible to compare the finish, precision and variety of geometries of bits, cutters, taps, countersinks, reamers and chisels. We know how important it is for a technical manager to be able to touch the result of the processing of our sharpening machines.

How a CNC Demo Works

You can observe the whole cycle:

  • Positioning of the tool in the precision chuck spindle.
  • Automatic detection with electronic sensor that controls eccentricity and position.
  • Starting the cycle using parametric software: 3D and real-time display of the geometric parameters.
  • Immediate comparison with the bench sample to verify quality, precision and repeatability.

In this way you can see concretely how much a MAC 26 simplifies and speeds up your work, with constant and repeatable results.

What’s new: MAC 26 Long Tools

At GrindingHub 2026 we officially present the MAC 26 Long Tools, a 4-axis CNC sharpener designed for bits up to 400 mm in length.

  • Compatible with MAC 26 philosophy: compact, precise, easy to use
  • Competitive price compared to larger machines
  • Maintains precision and finishing quality even on long tools

This new configuration expands the operational possibilities without sacrificing precision or quality.

MAC 26: CNC technology without compromise

The MAC 26 is a universal 4-axis CNC sharpener, equipped with a precision electronic tracer and interactive parametric software with a tool library.

Key characteristics:

  • Ø sharpening: 2 – 26 mm (up to 400 mm Long Tools)
  • Tool Length: 35 – 270 mm
  • Grinding wheel motor: 1 kW– 4200 rpm
  • CNC axes: X 300 mm, Y 130 mm, C –5°/180°, A ∞
  • Interactive and intuitive 3D software
  • Oil-tight casing with integrated safety guards
  • Weight 386 kg – dimensions 900 × 900 × 1,560 mm

Main applications:

  • HSS and hard metal drill bits sharpening
  • Flat head 2-4 flute cutters sharpening
  • Taps, countersinks, reamers and single-lip chisels sharpening
  • Unloading of cutter shanks and grinding of diameters

This machine covers most of your daily needs, avoiding the use of multiple dedicated machines.
